Yes. QREKA is free to download and use. The free version includes QR code scanning, basic QR generation, and scan history. A one-time Pro upgrade ($2.99) unlocks logo QR codes, custom colors, pattern styles, and removes ads permanently.
No. QREKA requires no sign-up, no email, and no account. Download and start using it immediately.
Yes. QREKA is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
QR Code Creation
QREKA supports 15+ QR types: URL, WiFi, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Discord, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Email, SMS, Phone, vCard, Calendar Event, Google Maps, and Plain Text.
Logo QR codes require QREKA Pro. After upgrading, go to the Create screen, select a QR type, and tap "Add Logo" under the Brand Identity section. You can upload any PNG or SVG image (max 2MB).
QREKA supports PNG and PDF export. PNG is ideal for digital use and sharing. PDF is ideal for high-quality print. Pro users get high-resolution exports without watermarks.
Yes. QREKA uses high error correction (level H) which keeps QR codes scannable even with a logo or design overlay. We recommend testing your QR code before printing or publishing.
Scanning
QREKA can scan: QR Code, Micro QR, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, ITF, Codabar, Data Matrix, PDF-417, and Aztec codes.
Yes. Tap the Gallery button on the scan screen to select a photo from your camera roll. QREKA will detect and decode any QR code or barcode in the image.
Yes. Scanning works completely offline. No internet connection is required to scan or decode QR codes and barcodes.
Pro Upgrade
QREKA Pro includes: logo QR codes, custom colors and patterns, high-resolution export (no watermark), and permanent ad removal. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". This will re-activate your Pro status. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@qreka.com with your purchase receipt.
Yes. As long as you use the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android), you can restore your Pro purchase on any device at no extra cost.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. We are unable to process refunds directly.
